WORTH, GORHAM A., Indianola, cashier of the First National Bank; was born in Hendricks county, Indiana, and was raised there; he came to this county and engaged in the boot and shoe business; he was appointed postmaster, and held the position some years; and in 1874 was made cashier of the First National Bank; in 1866 he was united in marriage with Miss Minta J. Crossthwait, a native of Fulton county, Illinois; their family consists of one son: Craig.
