Ormanville Cemetery is located in section 33 in Green Township, which is in southern Wapello County. You can certainly walk it. It is not on private property. It would be several miles south of Ottumwa on the Lake Road. Another cemetery nearby is Point Isabel Cemetery.

As far as I know there has never been a "Bare" cemetery in Wapello County. There is, however, a Baer Cemetery in Soap Creek Township in Davis County. It would not be more than a three miles or so between Ormanville Cemetery and Baer Cemetery.
