REST HAVEN HOME 820 PERSHING AVE OTTUMWA

Looking for a old nursing home that was located at 820 Pershing Avenue. I was born at 920 Pershing Ave. I remember it as being on the corner across the street from the Pentecostal Church. All the homes and most buildings on Pershing have been torn down.
