MemorialLawn Cemetery

My sister and I were at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery last Sunday and my Aunt and Uncle Songer stone has floated away abt. 7 feet from their burial spot. Can somebody let the family know or the keeper of the grounds for Memorial Lawn? Due to all the rain some of the roads are totally washed out also,
