Juanita,

Just to make your life a little more confusing, I have found the burial place of Eliza's last(??) husband, William E. Dowd. William E. Dowd died on 30 Apr 1906, just a couple of years after his marriage to Eliza. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, Jefferson County, Iowa.

Sorry to report that there is no Eliza E. Birch/Orndorf/Willard/Simmons/Klingler/Dowd buried there.

I'm certainly glad someone else has messes like this to contend with besides me.
