The information maintained on marriages is spoadic until 1880 when marriage records were first "officially" maintained. I have never seen parents listed for marriages from the early period that you indicate. I know the Genealogical Society's listings do not contain parents for those early marriages.

Probably your only option is to write to the Wapello County Recorder's office and request copies of the marriage certificates - if they exist.
