Owen marriages

My cousin was recently in Wapello county and searched for marriage records for the Owen family. She found Starlen Owen (s?) married to Van Buren Williams, June 18, 1857. I think this is the daughter of Samuel Owen. Are there parents listed for this couple? Another marriage she found was Neome C. Owen (s?) married to William H. Plunkitt. It was also listed as Naomi Owen married to William H. Plumtik, Feb. 24, 1853. Is there any more information about this couple? Thanks for your time.
