You will need to contact the County Clerk of Court in Monroe County.

Also, there is an apparent error in the name as it appears in the records. According to my marriage index the marriage is listed as "Martha Johnston married Willard Johnson on 25 Mar 1860 in Monroe County, Iowa". Part of the Blakesburg area is in Wapello and part in Monroe.
