I went to the Polk Co. Vital Records office. They have a death record for Martha Sanders Davis in Bk. 36, Pg. 723 for 13may1959.
I found an obit in the DM Register. She was in the Altoona Chapter 284 of Eastern Star, White Shrine, and Daughters of the Nile. You can get her Masonic records from the Grand Lodge of Iowa.
