A boy ten years of age, a son of Moses Martin, while playing on some moving flats in the yard Tuesday morning about nine o’clock, fell between two cars, striking the brake rod, inflicting a serious cut on the right leg and bruising him pretty badly. It was a very narrow escape and should be a warning against such dangerous amusement. Our Council should take this matter in hand and pass an ordinance against the climbing upon cars for boys, not in the employ of the company, punishable by fine.
