Raymond C. Eisele
Raymond C. Eisele, 91, of Traer and formerly of Clutier, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005, after a long illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Survivors include his wife, Violet; his son, Robert (Judith) of Clutier; two brothers, Wayne of Waterloo and Alvin of Portland Ore.; and three grandchildren, Rodney of Clutier, Ronald of Nashville Tenn., and Juliet of Belle Plaine. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Earl; and one sister, Frances Cemy.
Raymond was born July 9, 1914, in Poweshiek Co., the son of George and Ida Freese Eisele. He married Violet Spinler on Sept. 17. 1938, in Kirksville, MO. Raymond was a lifetime farmer and was very passionate about his occupation. He spent the last seven years under the wonderful care of Sunrise Hill Care & Rehab Center in Traer where he enjoyed ministering his faith to the other residents.
