SWAGGART, MYERS

Searching for the death place and will/probate county for Nancy Elizabeth SWAGGART (nee MYERS). In 1930, she is listed as living in McCallsburg, Story Co., IA. She was born in 1856 in Benton Co., IA, married Albert SWAGGART in 1874 in Hardin Co., IA. They had the following children: Herbert, Bertha, Maude, Henry, and Ruth (my great-grandmother). According to the 1920 and 1930 censuses, Nancy and Albert were divorced/seperated. She is not listed as an heir in Albert's will (1931). They are buried side-by-side in Jackson Twp Cemetery in Hardin Co., IA. Nancy died in 1935--I think she may have died in Story Co. If anyone can confirm or deny that I'd really appeciate it, since it would save me research at the courthouse in Neveda.
