Employment: After finishing high school, she worked at the co-op in Westphalia, IA for 6 years and, time permitting, part-time as a grocery clerk. After her marriage, she was a farmer’s wife, staying home to care for her family and help on the farm. In 1985, she decided to go to work at CDS Global, where she continued working for 15 years.
Hobbies/Interests: Loved embroidering and quilting, having made quilts for all her children, grandchildren, and sisters. She belonged to a card club for more than 30 years, playing weekly with a few exceptions.
