Ed Werkmeiser and Bertha (Schoneboom) Werkmeiser Dobson's obituaries are available free from the Carroll Public Library in Carroll, Iowa on their website:

Ed was born on September 21, 1903 and died on October 13, 1950.

His obituary appeared:
Carroll Daily Times Herald - Carroll, Iowa
Thursday, October 19, 1950 - page 12.

Bertha Schoneboom Werkmeiser Dobson (Mrs. Gerald Dobson) died on April 6, 1970 in Waterloo, Iowa.

Her obituary appeared:
Carroll Daily Times Herald April 8, 1970 - page 2.

Both are buried in the Wall Lake Cemetery in Wall Lake, Iowa.

An additional obituary in the Waterloo Daily Courier on April 7, 1970 on page 5 gave Bertha Dobson's birth date as October 9, 1904.
