OBITUARY - JOHN PAUL FOUSER.
John Paul FOUSER, son of Tom and Cleo FOUSER, was born near Ellston, Iowa, March 28, 1929, and departed this life near Lakin, Kansas, early Monday morning, June 22, 1931, at the age of two years, two months, and 26 days. He passed away after an illness of about four weeks.
He was a great blessing to this home the few short months and years that God permitted him to linger here. But God has reached down into the valley to pluck a lily. He needs this beautiful flower to make heaven more precious for those that remain: for He says, "Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not for such is the Kingdom of Heaven."
He leaves to mourn his loss his father and mother, three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. S. ADAMS of Larkin, Kan., and Mrs. Luella J. FOUSER of Ellston, Iowa, besides two great grandmothers, Mrs. H. A. ADAMS of Onawa, Iowa, and Mrs. L. J. ROBERTS of Ellston, Iowa, besides a large number of other relatives and friends. He was conscious until the last; always brave and cheerful.
Funeral services were held at the FOUSER home, one ane one-half miles north of Ellston, Iowa, Wednesday, June 24 at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Rev. L. G. WOLFE. Interment was made in the Ellston Cemetery.
