Doris Grovenburg, 83, of Grinnell died January 2, 2012, at the Mayflower Community Health Care Center in Grinnell.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery in Grinnell.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be directed to PALS (Poweshiek County Animal League Shelter).
