I forgot to say that according to the 1924 city directory for Council Bluffs, 310 Frank Street was owned by H. A. Paulson and L.A. O'Keefe. Leo A. O'Keefe was an office manager at Bowers Motor Co. Hollis A. Paulson worked at a Men's Fashion Shop.
