Willis Allen was born 1824 in Ohio. His wife Julia Williams was born in Butler Co., Ohio in 1832. They are listed in the 1870 census of Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie Co., Iowa. They had the following children: Harvey 1856, Frank 1857, Winfield 1861, Dora 1864, Edwin 1866, Emmett G. 1869.
I'm looking for connections to this family.
Julia's father was Capt. Dyer Williams of Muscatine, Iowa. He was buried there in 1876.
