Reichart's of Pottawattamie Co., IA--Neola, Council Bluffs,

I am the great-great granddaughter of Jacob Phillip (J. P.) Reichart, son of Henry & Catharine (Gaytross/Gatross?) Reichart who moved to Pottawattamie Co., IA, from York Co., PA, around or after the Civil War. His 5, all older, siblings were Caroline, Sarah E., Emanuel, George A., & Samuel.
I know George A. married an Eliza and was in business in Pottawattamie Co.; Emanuel married Eliza Jane Ritter and was a business man in Pottawattamie Co. Emanuel & J.P. both moved to Kiowa Co., OK, around 1906, but not sure if together or how far apart.

I am needing marriage info on both, hopefully copies of the marriage certificates as recorded in the county; and burial info on Emanuel. I posted his obituary on the Pottawattamie Co., IAGenWeb site. Emanuel died 02 Oct 1940, and J. P. 25 Sep 1942. J. P. was married to Della Richardson in 1883, but I also found him married to a Louisa on the 1880 Census in Neola.
I don't know what happened to Louisa or who she was, but Della died (cause unknown) in about 1902-1903 in IA after they had 4 children: Sadie, Charles Henry, Phillip, & Lulah (my g-grandmother), presumably Pottawattamie Co., and probably in Neola, but not sure. They are in Neola on the 1900 Census.

If anyone has any hard information, documents, obits, articles, certificates, business advertisements as Reicharts (especially Emanuel) were Pottawattamie Co. businessmen, as Emanuel's bio in the 1891 Biographical History of Pottawattamie County states, this would be greatly appreciated. His wife Eliza was in Kiowa Co. with him as well, but she disappears after the 1910 Census, so I'm assuming she died? Their daughter Caroline (b. Abt 1873 IA) also disappeared after that, so maybe she returned to IA when mother died or other? Emanuel thereafter on teh 1920 & 1930 Censuses in Kiowa Co. list him remarried to Mary A.
