SANDBAGGED AND ROBBED

Pocahontas, Jan. 6 – Thursday night while going home Wm. Starr, treasurer of the Woodman, at this place, was sandbagged and robbed and his entire collection, amounting to $105, was taken away. He was found an hour later in a precarious condition and is not yet out of danger.
