NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT

STATE OF IOWA,
PALO ALTO COUNTY, SS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned have been duly appointed and qualified as executors of the estate of John Finn late of Palo Alto County, deceased. All persons indebted to set the state are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and those having claims against the estate will file them with the clerk of the District Court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance.
