Frank Oviatt disinterment?

Per Find A Grave, Frank Oviatt is buried in the County Home Cemetery in Marshall County; however, I've inherited a copy of Application for Disinterment from 1969 which says 2 of his daughters had Frank's body moved to the Oviatt plot at Shenandoah Rose Hills Cemetery in Page County. This is not an approved document, just an application, so I don't know if his body was actually moved. Any ideas as to how I could find out?
