MRS. FURGASON DIED AT COIN

News had been received of the death of Melissa A. FURGASON at Coin, Ia. Mrs. FURGASON will be remembered by the older residents of the county. Mrs. Mollie LIBLIN and Ed GILBERT, neice and nephew of the deceased, are at Coin to attend the funeral services, Mrs. Liblin being called by her illness several days ago.

Melissa A. FURGASON, wife of John W. FURGASON, was born in Fairfield, Jefferson county, Iowa, January 8, 1848, and died in Coin, Iowa, Wednesday, October 14, 1914. She was the daughter of Samuel and Nancy MOORE, who were among the first settlers of this county, coming here in 1837.

The aged husband, one son by a former, a grand daughter, and one brother, George H. MOORE, of Albin, Neb., besides other relatives are left to mourn her death.
