HUFFMAN, JOHN THOMAS

My grandfather(age 7) remembered burying his father, John Thomas Huffman in Mapleton...He had been shot..his wife, Anna Belle Hicks, was pregnant. Does anyone know of this shooting, circumstances, etc.? jth and abh were married in April of 1875. thank you
