Ian Riemenschneider, 29, died Monday October 17, 2011 at University Hospital in Aurora, Colorado after a long battle with heart issues after a transplant in 2003.
Ian is the son of Robert Riemenschneider and Lenora Burns. His family appreciates the extra years the donor gave us with Ian.
Ian had a very kind heart and was always willing to help others even while he was in failing health. He had a passion for music. He especially liked the band Metallica. He loved watching football, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert E and Grace Burns, aunt LaWana Ford and uncle Bob Burns.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Lenora and sister Carly Riemenschneider as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
