Curtis T. Loney, Jr. died after a short illness Friday at 9:15 p.m. At the time of his death, he was in his home, holding the hand of his older brother and his wife, Joan, and had been receiving visits from longtime friends. Family and friends filled the house. A Celebration Of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Marshalltown. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 12 at the church. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.vogelfuneralhomes.com.
