Miss Florence Constance Coy, daughter of Mrs. Eva Howell of Oskaloosa, and Robert Dale Templeton, son of Mrs. E. E. Templeton of Gary, Ind., were married at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Sarbaugh, 1014 First avenue east, at noon, Tuesday, August 11, 1936, with Dr. L. S. Faust, pastor of the First Reformed church, reading the single ring ceremony in the presence of the family. The ceremony was performed in an archway of garden flowers in pastel shades.
Mrs. Templeton was graduated from the Oskaloosa public schools, attended the Chillicothe, Mo., business college, and has been in the employ of the American Scale company of Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Templeton attended the Gary schools and is employed as sales representative for the Wisconsin Steel company of Chicago, Ill. Mr. and Mrs. Templeton left on a wedding cruise of the Great Lakes. They will be at home in Poinsettia apartments, 5528 Hyde Park Blvd., Chicago, Ill., after September 1. (source unknown; likely the Oskaloosa Herald).LICENSED TO WED
