Opal M. Wiley, 89, of 4102 56th St. died of a stroke Wednesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Westover Funeral Home. The body will be cremated after services, and burial of the cremains will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Wiley was born in Winterset and had lived in Des Moines since 1942. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Glen; two sons, Kenneth and Carroll, both of Des Moines; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Westover Funeral Home.
