Miss Mary Elliott was the daughter of John and Rachel Camblin Elliott. She was born in Elizabeth, Pa., April 15, 1839. At the age of eighteen she united with the Covenanter church and continued in the fellowship of this church until her death. She departed this life March 4, 1915, aged 75 years, 10 months and 17 days at Morning Sun. Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p. m. by Rev. Patterson. Interment in Elmwood cemetery at Morning Sun.
