The will of Zach Manhardt was opened and publicly read and filed by the clerk of court Thursday. Mr. Manhardt directs that after his death, the debts standing against his estate be fully paid and that all property, real and personal, be given to his wife, Josephine Manhardt, with the exception of the property in Grandview. This Grandview property to be sold and proceeds divided equally among his six children, share and share alike, with the exception of his son, Frederick Manhardt, who is to receive $25 more than the rest. The will is dated May 12, 1905, and is witnessed by A.L. Holliday and J.F. Robison.
