SURGICAL-On last Sunday, Dr. E. M. Smith, performed the operation of Lithotomy, or cutting for stone in the bladder, upon the person of Owen King, sent to the County Poor Farm from Cedar Rapids. The stone removed measured three inches in circumference, and weighs 150 grains. The patient has suffered four years from the malady, and is now in a fair way to recover entirely. –Marion Register,
