The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, January 13, 1882

Mrs. Hower, wife of W. B. Hower, who was murdered at Marion, last July, has made a full confession to the effect that she, assisted by Adam Deitz, murdered her husband. The poison was furnished by Deitz and administered by her. Deitz will probably pay the penalty of a premediated murder.
