Last Will and Testament of William Nelson Wallis, deceased.

KNOW all men by these presents:

That I, William Nelson Wallis, of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testement, in manner following, that is to say; I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my real estate, in law or equity, of every description whatsoever of which I shall die seized or possesses, and to which I shell be entitled at the time of my death, to my beloved wife Lulu Baumert Wallis, and I hereby appoint the said Lulu Baumert Wallis sole executrix without bond of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I the said William Nelson Wallis have hereunto set my hand and seal and published and declared in the presence of the witnesses hereto, and in the presence of each of them, this to be my last will and testament, made this 10th day of September 1907.

On this 10th day of September 1907 the above named William Nelson Wallis in our presence and in the presence of each of us signed and sealed this instrument and published end declared the same to be his last will and testament, and we, and each of us at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
