MRS. LOUISA M. RICKS - We are happy to announce that this lady, formerly of Louisville, has made Keokuk her place of residence, and has taken charge of a department in our Public School. She comes to us highly recommended by many of the most distinguished gentlemen and scholars of the country. As an experienced and through teacher of music, she is spoken of in very emphatic terms of commendation.
