Victor Riley Frank, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Frank, of Wesley, Iowa, was born at Woden, lowa, May 1st, 1911, and died March 20th at 2 o'clock, 1914, at their home in Wesley, Iowa. The little fellow was 2 years, 10 months and 20 days old when death came to call him to that play ground where his play will never be interrupted again.
