William Martin, Jr. b. 1804 d. 1843

William Martin, Jr. and his family moved to Iowa sometime between 1830 and 1840. In 1840 the Lee Co., Iowa census listed Wm. Martin in the Van Buren Township. This township was listed as "#67 North Range 7 West - Half Breed Reservation". Page 399. Family records state he died in 1842 or early 1843 and was buried there. Can anyone help me find more info about his exact death date and place of burial?
