The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, May 1, 1874

A citizen of Delta, Iowa writes to the Postmaster-General: “If you don’t send someone to run this’ere post-offus purty soon it’ll be throwd in the river, for I am going off on a bear hunt and can’t fool anymore.”
