We have an inquery about Rachel Elizabeth Allen born 1907.

We think her parents were James Simeon Allen and _______ Green.

Albert b Ashland Co., OH in 1844 and Elizabeth (Burwell) Green were the parents of: Cora Wooder of Hale, IA, Mary Iola Moneypenny of Olin, IA, Elnora "Nellie" Wilkins of Clarence, IA, Eulolia Allen of Bettendorf, IA, Garfield & Arthur Green of Scotia, CA. Savina Coyd died in 1911 and an infant, Vina, died in 1868/1869.

Elnora (Green) Wilkins lst husband was Alonzo P Campbell. Her 2nd husband was Elmer Wilkins.

Elizabeth (Burwell) Green's probate in 1922 lists:
Leila (Eulolia) Allen, Cora Wooder, Arthur & Garfield Green, & Nellie Wilkins as children.
Rchel Moneypenny , Kenneth Allen, Herbert Sidney Clapp, & Oran Boyd as grandchildren.

Silas V & Mary Iola (Green) Moneypenny adopted Rachel Elizabeth Allen -- however, Silas died in 1918 and Mary died in 1921. Silas & Mary did not have nature children that I know of.
