Eric,
Thanks for the info. I believe this may be my GG grandfather but according to family lore, his wife's name was Mary and they were married in Ireland before coming to this country. I have found the name spelled a couple of ways. In the Marriage books for Jones County, I found my great grandmother, Ellen Brislawn McGreevy, James' daughter, and her name was spelled Brislain in the book. I also found James' two other daughters' marriage info and the name was spelled Bracelon so it could just be an error in transcribing. Thanks aagain for your help. Ellen Meyer
