Eric,
Gee, thanks for doing all this. There may be a connection here with the
Francis in Sumas/Whiterock. I found a Richard there a few days ago who
appears to be his brother (I have the details on him and it tallies with what I know about him). Richard is buried at
Sumas. Do you have any more details on the family of the Francis at
Whiterock? It could be him. In that case, the obit. info was wrong, and
Frank was in WA, not IA.
