Actually, I had none of this, am just starting out. I'm tracing the Stivers line in Jones County (tracing is giving myself too much credit, more like idly looking into!). I am named Dan Stivers after my great-grandfather Dan who is found all over this site, began wanting to learn more about Curtis Dillavou, my maternal great-grandfather and my middle namesake who apparently was an interesting tent-preacher type (having known his daughter, my grandmother Nellie Stivers (Dillavou), I can believe it). You clearly have a great interest in this sort of info, Eric, and your input is appreciated tremendously -
