The WPA cemetery gravestone reading is as follows:

Thompson Bell b 3/9/1794 d 9/16/1865
Susan R Bell d 5/3/1852 age 55

This is from information I have in my home. I will be in Anamosa January 23rd and 30th (weather permitting). I will look for a will, etc.

Hopkinton, IA is a few miles north of Jones Co. in Delaware Co. I call this to your attention because these individuals COULD have lived near Hopkinton and been buried in one of the few cemeteries in the area.
