That makes things even stranger. If Malachai's wife didn't die until 1899 and if they didn't divorce, this was after the 1881 and 1890 marriages found online so leaves him out of the mix. Also, Cornelius born 1870 shows up in Richland 1900 census married only one year with a infant child. This can't be Mary McGee as that marriage took place in 1895 but she died in 1963 nor Minnie Murray 6/6/1890. You can see my confusion if there is only one Cornelius but all of these different marriages that don't add up???? I can see if possibly Elizabeth below is a Mary Elizabeth who died 1895 and then he remarried 1899 to another Mary which would make sense but Mary McGee and Corneiuus according to marriage records are brother and sister. And who is Elizabeth below parents or is she a sister to Cornelius? And how does Mary McKenna married Cornelius 2/21/1881 fit in? What a mess!
Don't forget the 1899 marriage lookup to see who this latest bride is?
