Anamosa Eureka 1/9/1896
Augustus Iosty was born in Sauk Co. WI, 5/2/1866. He came with his parents to Anamosa, Iowa in 1871 and was in the employ of Mr. Kaufmann 14 yrs and 5 yrs for Hellberg & Sons. He died 12/25th and the funeral was held from the M E church on the 17th. Rev S W Heald officiating. The fire dept. of which he was a member, attended. Interment was had in Riverside Cem.
