Wm Henry and Margaret Jane (Ketchum) Winans are buried in Sacred Heart Cem., Monticello, Jones Co., IA.

I have the obits. for both of them. If you want copies, please e-mail me your address.

There is no marriage for Anna (Winans)Cairy and Joseph Franklin Rigby in Jones Co. There are no birth certificates for their children.

1920 census Linn Co., Iowa, Clinton Twp.
185/185 Joseph F Rigby 23 b IA

Anna G 23(????) b IA

Margaret K 6 b IA

Alleta 1 yr 8 mos b IA

Charlett M 3 mos b IA

Margaret Jane (Ketchum) Winans died 4/1/1933. Her obit says Mrs. Fred Cairy is dead. They had already purchased 50th wedding announcements when Mrs. Winans died. Wm Henry Winans died in 1950.

Are you certain that Joseph Franklin Rigby and Anna (Winans)Cairy Rigby were divorced? I will look in Linn Co. -- it almost appears that she might of died. It was very unusual for the husband to get the children in a divorce in those days...
