G.W.Simpson creamery

Recently while reading through the 1910 Jones County History, I came across a reference to the Topaz Creamery and it's connection to G.W. Simpson and Clarence W. Simpson the manager of the Topaz. I am interested in information about G.W. Simpsons connection to Monticello and early purchases of butter as a wholesaler beyond what was written in the Oxford Mirror of September 10, 1908. This is for inclusion in part of the report for the Bowens Prairie archaeological report rather than a family connection. Any information would be appreciated! Steve Hanken
