I have a partial listing for Riverside Cem. I can tell you:

Lot 9 Block D:
John August Westrom buried 11/02/1911
Josephine Katherine Westrom buried 08/09/1935
Jennie Westrom buried 07/02/1982 96 yrs old

This lot was purchased by J A Westrom in 1884 and in 1957, Jennie Westrom sold the last lot (the 4th one). So I do not believe that Wesley was buried here.

I would be happy to look at the obituary for Jennie Westrom to see if it says when Wesley died.
