Moses and Sadie Starks - please help

Can someone help sort this puzzle out?

I have a Moses Irvin Starks (1891-1965) married to a Sadie R. Snyder. In my database I show her born Dec 17, 1895 and died 1975 in Colorado. This may not be the correct person because the 1925 census shows who her parents are and the 1900 census she is listed as Sarah born July 1899 and the 1920 census show Sadie age 21.

Does someone have her information since I don't see her at Oakwood Cemetery with her husband but do see mention of Snyder siblings there including her name mentioned. I have also see her as Sarah Snyder.

Also a marriage date and death date for Moses.
