Mrs. Michael Devney

At the age of 73 years, Mrs. Michael Devney, died at the family homestead in Washington township, Jones county, Wednesday night. She was one of the early settlers of the section, locating there in an early day, and was highly esteemed by her neighbors and friends. Her husband died several years ago.

She is survived by her three children, Patrick, Martin and Miss Mary Devney, all of whom reside at home.

The funeral services take place this morning at St. Peter’s church, Temple Hill, Rev. W. J. Convery officiating.
