Mrs. Margaret Koon, of Independence township, died at her home, December 20, She was aged 60 years, 8 months and 23 days, and leaves two sons and a daughter to mourn the loss of a loving mother. She had always been a believer in Christianity but was never a member of a church. Funeral services were held at the Bethel church. - Baxter Era.
